Welcome to the web home of Misty Starr Alpacas. We are a family run farm focusing on increasing the quality of alpacas through breeding to improve fleece quality, animal conformation, and health.
 All of our animals are halter trained and handled on a regular basis. We feel this is important in making the animals easier to care for and makes them look better in the show ring!
Our farm has some of the best genetics you will find. Not only do we have animals from the famous sires; Royal Fawn, Dom Lucillio, Snowmass Artic Blue, Snowmass King Leonidus, and Snowmass Nova, but we also have Canadian Grand Champion genetics from HFLSuper Sam and HPAlazam. These breedings are key to our philosophy of superior and diverse genetics. We strongly support new farms and can assist with halter training, fleece preparation, and show ring etiquette. These are areas that can be a challenge for those new to the business and we are here to help!
**We are sorry to say that due to doctor's recommendations and physical limitations, Misty Starr Alpacas is selling all of our breeding stock. This is a very difficult thing for us to do, as we love our alpacas and enjoy them considerably! Unfortunately, we are selling our champion bloodlines at redicously low prices and sincerely hope that those of you who are lucky enough to add any of our beautiful alpacas to your herd will greatly appreciate them!
All of our females are either bred or they come with a breeding; not just to "any stud" but to studs such as: Royal Fawn, Snowmass Artic Blue, Prince Phillip, Titan's Clash, Man in Black and Snowmass King Leonidus!
